The visual identity design of the Hungarian Museum of Science, Technology and Transport has renewed

The visual identity design of the Hungarian Museum of Science, Technology and Transport has been completely renewed. The new colours, the new logos, and the new webpage reflect the image of a vivid and modern institution. Beside the almost one-hundred-year-old Museum of Transport, which is currently being renewed, the image of the other technology-oriented member institutions has been modernised as well. The new image was created by MITTE Communications based on the results of the tender.

Hit the Road! International Travelling Exhibition of the Hungarian Museum of Transport – First Stop Istanbul

The newest exhibition of the Hungarian Museum of Transport opened on the 26th of April, with the co-operation of the Balassi Institute, the Hungarian Institute in Istanbul. Two exhibitions opened simultaneously – one in the Hungarian Institute in Istanbul, the other in the Koç Museum – which commemorate the Budapest–Istanbul motorist tour, a significant race of the dawn of automobilism. The exhibition was opened by Balázs Hendrich consul general and Gábor Zsigmond, deputy general director of the Hungarian Museum of Transport, and will be displayed in Sofia and Bucharest later.

Inauguration of „Négyeske” in Tapolca

On Saturday, the last but one day of 2017, a legendary NOHAB locomotive, course no. M61-004 diesel locomotive, the so called „Négyeske” was inaugurated within the framework of Tapolca NOHAB reunion.
